Mail Bid Auction Consignor Guidelines

1. Consignments of sport and Olympic material are now being accepted. Please limit consignment to 20 lots per auction.
2. SPI Mail Bid Auction commissions: 10% for members, 15% for non-members. There are no lotting charges.
3. Each lot must be packaged in a separate clean envelope or glassine.
4. Each lot must include a lot description and a minimum or estimated bid. The Auction Manager will not set bids. Material without a description/bid will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
5. The auction manager reserves the right to reject any consignment. A written explanation for such rejection will be provided to the owner.
6. Unsold lots will be returned to the owner following the close of the auction. Payment will follow after all payments from buyers have been received.
