2010 Vancouver Paralympic Postmark Schedule
Canada Post has announced that it will make available a total of 35 Olympic and Paralympic event/venue postmarks. These postmarks are reproduced here and may be ordered directly through the mail from Canada Post's National Philatelic Center in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Canada.
For those attending the Paralympic Winter Games, the 11 Paralympic postmarks will be available at certain post offices in the Vancouver and Whistler areas between March 12-19, 2010. For a list of post offices offering the Olympic Winter Games postmarks, please click here.
It is important to note that only specific postmarks will be offered on certain days. Availability is outlined in the table below.
Canada Post has no agreement with VANOC to provide official Canada Post outlets at any sporting venues nor at the two Olympic Villages (Vancouver & Whistler) and Main Media Center. Accoring to current information, limited postal services (e.g. acceptance of out-going mail and sales of stamps) will be provided by a third-party at the Olympic Villages.
